A couple of months ago we redid the floors on the main level of our house — we went from disgusting earwax coloured shag carpet to beautiful raspberry walnut laminate flooring. It was a pretty big upgrade. Along with this upgrade we decided to snazz up the rooms with some nice art. For our living room we decided to get some black and white pictures on canvas, because everything looks better in black and white and on canvas. We chose three, and here are the non printed copies:

This is a neat picture I took of a bear in Grouse mountain in Vancouver. Just check out those claws!

This the view from Preikestolen in Norway. It was a long hike but totally worth it. Fjords are crazy awesome.
The canvases turned out really well, and now our living room is a classy place. The family room also got an upgrade, including a nice new rug, and to match that I painted a little piece to cover some wall space. I originally intend the picture to resemble mountains in some form, but it’s quite clearly a fish. Ah well, fish are cool too.
